Pricing
There are three fee types. Initial setup and configuration, ongoing monthly charges, and advanced/customised one-off professional support charges. The fee type is indicated in the 'type' column of the pricing tables below.
Phone Line Services
Our phone services are offered via our cloud PBX solution which provides much greater capabilities than typically
available with analog phone lines.
The base for a phone solution is the Phone Line Essentials package which includes a phone line (channel),
number (DDI), and voicemail to be used with a single phone (device). Each phone solition must have at least one
Phone Line Essentials package.
You can simply multiply the Phone Line Essentials package by the number of phones you require, or tailor a
solution by adding the additional services outlined below.
Please note: Setup fees are applicable, and configuration fees are applicable for advanced requirements.

Phone Equipment Rental
If you don't already own compatible IP phones or don't want the hassle of maintaining them,
we offer managed rental options. This keeps things simple. We provide great quality phones
and if the device fails we'll send you a preconfigured replacement ready to be simply
swapped out. We'll even talk you through the process.
Rental equipment is subject to a minimum 12 month contract term.
